Hours of Operation
Hours of operation is Monday through Friday from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, 12 months a year. We observe Standard Holidays including: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & the Friday after, & Christmas Eve and Day. We close early for New Year's Eve, Good Friday, and Christmas Eve depending on what day they fall on.
Little Fish Nursery is registered for specific hours of operation, early arrival and late pick-up cannot be allowed.
Forms
Upon enrollment, your child(ren) will need all Little Nursery forms completed prior to the first day. All forms necessary will be provided by us. This includes a copy of up-to-date shot records. Children over the age of four will need a vision and hearing test.
Information on forms regarding your child(ren) or specific forms must be updated as necessary.
Nutrition
Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided. Menus are available each month at sign in.
For children not on table food, parents must provide formula, baby food, and bottles. Please label all infant items with the child's first and last name.
Parents will need to provide meals for special diets and allergies.

Fees
A tuition and fee schedule will be provided to you upon touring. You will be informed of all rates, discounts, late fees, registration fees, and check return fees.
We will provide you with all information as to when payment is due, and any late charges to be applied.

Discipline
At Little Fish Nursery we use a method of 'redirection' to guide your child(ren) toward appropriate behavior. If a child is engaged in behavior not conducive to a safe and happy learning environment, we will 'redirect' the child toward appropriate behavior. The use of physical punishment or harsh language will not be tolerated.
Privacy & Safety
The privacy and safety of each child is of the utmost importance. We do not share the identity of any child. We ask that parents share our company while protecting the name and image of the other children. This policy includes all social media and website publications.
Who We Serve
We are serving children 6 weeks to13 years of age without discrimination on the basis of political affiliation, religion, race, color, sex, mental or physical disabilities.
Medical Emergencies
If a child becomes ill, injured, or has an adverse reaction to prescribed medication while at in our home, the parent(s) or emergency contact person will be notified immediately.
If it is necessary to seek immediate medical attention for a child, the child will be transported to the designated medical facility, HCA North Cypress Hospital. The child's vehicle and emergency medical permission forms, as well as the health information file, will accompany the child.
In the event of an occurrence of a communicable disease as outlined by the Department of Health, written notification will be posted on the classroom door within 24 hours or the next business day.
